Jim Dykstra has lived in Incline Village for 14 years with his wife Jane, and they have two children, Jessica and Joshua, who are graduates of Incline High School.

Jim is a retired Certified Public Accountant who spent most of his career working as a financial executive for the Dole Food Company and Tahoe City Public Utility District. He is passionate about the Meals on Wheels program, because he witnessed how it helped his father in Southern California during his battle with Multiple Myeloma (blood cancer).
